So relaxing!! Sherilyn fell asleep😌 and the sound of the deep breathing actually made me sleepy. I've tried to watch this video for three times, i didn't get any further than 30 sec because i'm falling asleep immediately. I must tried to watch it on freezing cold weather barefoot, pinching myself all the time..maybe then i will keep to the end. i'm addicted to your videos Maria! I wanted to comment on this last night when I was watching before bed but I just couldn’t muster the ability to move after about 30 seconds...sooooo good!! 😄 Loved the gentle pressing on the head and shoulders at the beginning, and the hot pink brush on the hair and hairline. Weirdly really liked the baby pink brush on the clothes too! ❣️ Also thank you for not doing loads of tapping on things!

My mother and grandmother would lightly touch my face when I had trouble sleeping as a child. Much the same as you did to Sherilyn. This was before I knew what ASMR was of course, but it was so relaxing and would always put me to sleep.
