Hello everyone! Todays video is a super rambly basic set up of my 2024 hobonichi weeks! I made some page cover stickers to repurpose some pages I wouldnt be using otherwise, and I hope it can give you guys some ideas :)
Sometimes its hard for me to talk about things that are a little personal, so apologies if i get a little awkward at certain points in this video.

I like the addition of Tarot cards. In my notes I did a 2024 tarot spread. I added a page for a birthday spread and two pages for monthly spreads for love, work, spirit, health , & money.

Big fan of unhinged dandelion :) also the beginning dialogue totally reminded me of Patrick saying “the inner machinations of my mind are an enigma” LOL. I love your sticker binder, you’ve set it up so well! I very much relate to intending to save my money at a convention for something big but then coming home with a shirt ton of stickers LOL. Not mad about it though and I enjoy collecting business cards from the artists as well. This was a lovely comforting video. Exactly what I needed since the holiday/winter scaries are here 🫣🙃

I really love your setup!! 🥰 I saw your last video, too, where you were showing off your weekly pages from 2023 and I was happy to see some love for Shigaraki and for the Tarot/paganism. ❤ You have really cool tastes! c: The stickers you use are especially cute. For the full-page sticker paper you use, are they all one big sheet that you trim down to size? Or does your printer that you use just have specific sticky paper stock in that size? jc 😊 Also, just a small tip if it’s okay to offer (if not, totally feel free to ignore this!! lol), if you peeled the sticky paper from the side (like long-ways) instead of from the top of the paper, then rolled it outward towards the edge of the page in the planner rather than downward, it would give you a lot more stability to unfurl. I find when I do it that way in my moleskines it also gives less curl to the pages beneath. Not sure if that’s an issue with hobonichi, but I’ve noticed the paper seems to be really thin, so it might help ya out! ❤ Thank you for sharing your process! It was a lot of fun to watch!

This comment absolutely made my day haha :) Thank you so much for your kind words!! Also that is so smart about peelling the paper the other way thank you oh my gosh. I will remember that next time haha. I usually use canva to make things! I make a project the size of of a regular sheet of paper, and measure things out that way. For the hobonichi pages i made it a little more complicated for myself and made a seperate project the size of hobonichi pages, and when i was done with them i saved them and then put them into the page that was paper sized. if that makes any sense lmao. theres probably a simpler way to do it but i do it that way to utilize the space of the sticker paper haha :)

@@dandyspectr Oh! I’ve never thought to use Canva!! I’ll have to give that a try going forward! 😊 Gotta be much easier than the way I’ve been doing it ahaha (A mix of Photoshop to make a .PSD file of 8.5x11”, squishing images in, and using Procreate to doodle on them, then sobbing over my printer when I have to worry about things cutting off due to margin error lmao). thank you so much! and i use a mix of different sticker paper types, and for my personal stuff it’s just depending on what’s on sale haha. i use labelchoice and betckey brands on amazon. but my number one choice would be onlinelabels.com ! they have a bunch of different types too :) i hope this helps!
