I had every opportunity to be honest and fair with this person and I was wrong. I treated them poorly and they only wanted to be my friend but I wanted more. I have learned my lessons and I’m grateful. I am 68 years old and I feel in love with my friend who is 17 years younger than me. I hate what I did to this relationship. My ego is toxic.
