Thank you sounded like you were telling my story. Have neighbors that have been playing loud music every night and some days and could hear the bass in my house it was reading 110 to 130 decimals. I asked them very politely to turn the music down because I couldn't sleep or focus for the noise and was going through breast cancer treatment. I was threatened and it got worse with people even riding by my house in loud cars and loud music, fireworks every night late, riding four wheeler , a lot of childish things. Right now it has calmed down after 8 months. I pray that it stays calm.
