Because Koreans don't age between early-20s to mid-30s. How do I know this? My mom is Korean I've seen her grow old and I'm also an ethnic Korean at 28 years of age. We have a really BAD childhood where we always look ugly (look at any asian person in history, when they were a kid they weren't pretty), but nature makes up for it once we turn 16+ and we have great skin and youth for a long long time as long as we are healthy and stay healthy (don't gain weight, don't smoke,etc.). I probably drank and partied too much so I look a little older than I should, but I still got asked for ID in a shop recently. I think I look about 25-30, probably if I quit smoking and drinking for 2 months I could look 23 again.

Hyo is largely considered the dancer of SNSD, her and Yuri got in to SM through dancing. Yoona is all rounder since she is centre, visual and face of the group and she has had to sort of cover all most all the idol positions. But yes Yoona is lead dancer and Yuri and Hyo are main.
Resa Agrista Yoona is a good dancer but hyoyeon is one of the legendary dancer of k-pop remember when minzy from 2ne1 said that she is her inspiration and she started dancing because of hyoyeon
