1. Shampoo in bucket with hot tap water 2. Dip the wig in buckett 3.toothbrush to clean lace (not to hard) 4.rinse the wig 5.conditioner with cold water and dip wig in (let sit for 5 minutes) 6.leave in contioner, ( she uses mist) 7.brush through with paddle brush or wide tooth comb
For getting the gunk off the lace you can microwave some water or boil some, put a little dawn dishwashing liquid in the hot water swirl it around and dip the lace in the water, it comes right off , no brush needed. That way you don’t have to worry about ripping the lace. ☺️
I’ve always bought straight hair but I just bought a curly unit for the first time. This video was very useful. Gonna tweak the products a little bit but I’m definitely gonna use the bucket method and get me one of those brushes.
Actually you don't condition your hair in Cool Water you condition your hair and lukewarm water then you rinse it out with cool water to lock the moisture in your hair if you close the cuticles the moisture isn't going to absorb and that's what cold water does that's why you do the rinse out with cold water and not the actual watch
@@Utriedit215 I think it depends on the hair with my natural curly hair I always wash it with colder water or just not as hot water because I’ve heard from a lot of curly youtubers that it’s better and it works for me but again it may vary by person you just need to listen to your hair and what works best
Girl I paid $288 for mine so I defintely want to get my money's worth. So I was looking for the best way to wash mine as well. I'm going to try this method today... 😊
I have naturally curly hair and I swear this was me in elementary/middle school like I thought I was doing something with my hair when they were still wet but one step out of the house and it was all fluffed up. And no one to teach me the struggle was real hahaha
If you don’t want to do this method there’s another way. Wet hair and add shampoo throughout and add a cap of fabric softener. Do not rinse but set aside in hot water (doesn’t have to be boiled) for 45 minutes to an hour. Come back and completely wash products out of hair. Then add conditioner and detangle hair but do not rinse out product. Set aside in hot water (does not need to be boiled) for 45 minutes to an hour. Come back rinse completely. While hair is damp add biosilk and either air dry or use hair dryer Reminder: when rinsing out hair use lukewarm water!!! You don’t want to strip the hair from being soft after adding fabric softener
