So cute! I've actually been sewing the garland myself (I decided to after AP oversold me on the brooch and I had to bail out of that $400 dollar auction real fast) I've been working for a few weeks now and already did all the patterning and configuring by myself. I just found your video and it definitely would've been helpful, but it's also just been really interesting comparing the different methods you used.
Ahh that's cool that you've found your own way to do it! 💞 I hope yours turns out well! There are definitely a few things I could have done differently with mine, but overall I'm pretty happy with it~
@@MilkiiPrincess Yeah, I still think yours turned out really cute🎀 I ended up hand sewing the trim between the triangle layers, which took the longest time😭. I also used interfacing inside to give them a little more stability. I'm nearly finished, I just need to make the second bow and string them all up.
I'd love to see more sewing/crafting/cooking videos in the future! ♡ Did you follow any sort of classes to learn on how to sew or use a sewing machine?
I'd love to do cooking videos! Maybe when I'm in my new apartment I'll be able to~ and I didn't take classes, my mom taught me when I was in elementary school!
So basically - Step 1 - have the materials (fabric) Step 2 - know the NAMES of the fabric Step 3 - BUY the fabric Step 4 - know how to do L X W Step 5 - know your math Step 6 - Drop out of (witch ever grade your in- (1-12)) and Re-do kindergarten-12 grade so you know your math (and yes I said kindergarten-12 grade just so I look like a smart#😡 Step 7 - do it Edit : You know I never expected math to be this useful in not spending 300+ dollars on a [not sure if family friendly so not gonna say it] brooch 🤔
