in my opinion, this is a lifestyle! it’s just how i live my life at this point so i never feel as if it’s a chore 💗 it definitely takes some time and practice to incorporate certain daily rituals into your routine but i noticed that once i saw this as a lifestyle change, it became very natural :’) things like protection spells, tarot pulls, journaling, and reading have been integrated into my daily routine. tbh it takes up maybe an hour or two of my time all together! personally, i don’t meditate everyday just whenever i feel called to it which can be anywhere from 2-4 times a week. something i practice all day every day though is observing my thoughts and being present 🥰
I believe divine timing is real, that also happened to me getting into spirituality, like at first I was interested but not really, and now Im really into it. One question I have is about frequencies, I’ve learned that everything is a frequency and there is low and high, so how do you find out what frequency or vibration you’re currently in?

I just started my awakening journey, it has been slow and steady, but my conscious has been just so speedy( can’t find the word, but just having a fast pace) and want to learn so much yet I just started little by little with crystals, my question being that if I have an interest in tarot card when I just started my journey , should I listen to my conscience and go for it or do I wait it out and little by little learn around it and then when I feel at the level to learn about tarot I should? 4. My (ex¿?) boyfriend and I just decided that we should take a break because we both need to work on ourselves internally alone. I’m not sure for how long, or if we’ll be able to get back together, but both of our main focuses right now is to learn how to love ourselves and work on our mental health. Kinda like the right person wrong time thing unfortunately. After a few days of having mental breakdowns, I know I’m finally ready to start my journey because I need a positive change in my life. I’m so glad your videos were the first thing that popped up when doing my research. I also look forward to watching your weight gain journey! I’ve yet to reach 100 lbs and it’s always been something I’ve been insecure about but I also gave up so easily when I tried. Now I haven't gotten into tarot readings.. but have been getting into crystals and trying to be more open to spirituality.. and I have been getting bizarre dreams since getting into crystals and last night I had a dream with a tarot card in it and I found it to be so odd since I don't no much about it to begin with..
