I think its so cool you and tom get to have your own custom built house as your first home! I probably won't achieve that until I'm much much older here in the US since everything is just so damn expensive, but im so excited to see you and Tom's final product!!
my 2 cents: I'd avoid black appliances. They show every little speck of dust especially when the sun shines on them. Congrats on your house! very exciting.

Congrats on the house!! We bought our house 9 years ago, brand new, but we did get to make some changes (someone else built the house but didn’t get to buy it - but they picked out everything we would have chosen!!).

Hi Amy, Building your own house is not very common where I live -- people mostly buy existing houses. Is that not an option where you live and wouldn't that be simpler and possibly less expensive?
Cynthia B. Honestly buying a house is much more expensive & especially in the areas we wanted to buy. My hospital needs me to live within a max of 15-20 mins away for health reasons so we had limited areas that we could build or buy and building was the cheaper option for us! 😀
Emily M tbh I haven’t used eyelash glue in agesss but in the past I’ve had bad reactions. The only brand I’ve found that works for me is Duo. Hope this helps 😊
