Sticker is very NCT type song. The more you listen the more you'll get hooked. The chorus part is the best.

Me being a mark stan and hearing Katie refer to him as “my hometown son” made me smile

this is the only unboxing channel that I watch from the beggining until the end. it's just not boring, it feels like, i'm just listening to my friend sharing her opinion about the comeback. and the fact that all the kpop artist I only stan, she stans all of them.

0:12 Only people that live outside USA will relate this. Like, me who lives in Brazil. Albums here are so freaking expensive, like every single album is always more than 200 bucks. And it always takes like, 1 to 2 months to arrive, sometimes even more. We be crying. 😭🥲

i also liked sticker from the first listen, the vocals were so outstanding & mark’s rap is so catchy and gets me hooked. all of the lines make each member shines honestly. its not a typical kpop song so i’m very proud of them experimenting things constantly. im not even an nctzen lol

there’s 2 sticky vers! the only difference between them is the front cover! so the white barcode will be on the taeyong side for 1 ver and yuta side for the other! so they connect when you put them next to each other :) pcs & photobook is the same though!!

Everything you said about nct 127's music is spot on!! They have such a distinct and cool sound that I've never heard in kpop and that would be hard to pull off but they do it so effortlessly and successfully!❣

I've been waiting for this unboxing! I honestly loved sticker on the first listen as well, since I listened to it directly without knowing others opinion I really could enjoy it.

I didn’t like how everyone didn’t like Sticker at first bc the flute but I can relate on the growing part like you said after the first 30 seconds or so I started to like the song😭

FYI, for the sticky version the front cover is random. So for some albums Taeyong is at the front with the other members and Jaehyun etc in the back and sole have Jaehyun at the front and Taeyong at the back. So that’s the only differnce

Katie I really loved listening to your opinions on STICKER. Thank you for being open minded, for giving it a chance and for standing your ground and still being respectful about what NCT’s concept and music really is. When you said: if you only stan them for their visuals and/or great personalities, then NCT really is not group for you, that really resonated. For me personally, NCT brings this exciting and fresh take on kpop, coming up with weird and crazy songs and concepts and somehow they make it work. I feel like the new generation of fans these days don’t fully understand that these type of songs are way waaaay tamer than what old kpop groups used to release. Again, always love your thoughts! 😊

me too, at first listen for a few seconds i was like "is this a song?" then realized how good it was really after really listening to it. i felt like it is something so addicting in its on way

I AGREE!! Lemonade for me felt more like NCT's history and a nostalgic reliving of past style/songs (maybe that's why people liked it? because it sounds familiar. Maybe if I looked at their entire tracklist I can pinpoint which ones lemonade reminds me of...) Sticker, even just the fact that it became a topic by making people uncomfortable, makes it more of a title track. I really liked Sticker on the first listen too (for some reason) and was so sad others didn't....and while I'm typing this, I wonder if gimme gimme was a prequel sound to sticker, hmm.. now I'm just rambling on the internet..

I agree..their vocals sounded great in Sticker...my all time fav from the album is The rainy night. Kun also said in his recent vlive that he liked the rainy night and it was really his style of song 😀 Me so happy as he is my ult.

Sticker is ahead of its time, just like 7th sense. I really liked it , breath if you agree 👌🏻 If I remember correctly I think kick it had some similar reactions but then again it was 2020 which all a blur to me at this point.

I didn't like Sticker when I first listened to it but OMG tbh During the second listen & the more I listened to it ✨TURNS OUT THAT THE SONG CAN'T GET OUT OF MY MIND✨ Also, the flute instrumental in sticker is so unique & creative. The vocals are everything.✨✨ NCT CONCEPT INDEED.

NCT 127 has been releasing unique songs since day one. It's the reason why I fell for them because they are unpredictable. Also one of the reason why my picky-ness got worse when liking a group/artist. Besides NCT's concept, their song in general is hard to find anywhere else. It did took awhile for me to really like "Sticker" and that's normal for me. It's SM's technique to get you to listen to in on repeat and to check out the besides. If they used "Lemonade" as the title track, it got a black and yellow theme color. Lemonade is basically yellow. It may get compared to Kick it. It's better they did a totally different title track than the previous once they did. It's somewhat fresh adding up to the uniqueness of 127.

Yea nct concept r very alt for sticker they chose the color green as the main focus point cuz that’s nctzen fandom color and the title sticker is about sticking together with fans ! The albums shows off how color symbolizes them as a group

sticker wasn't for me the first listen, but it does grow on you eventually 😭

the first time i listened i was a little disappointed, but after a few listens i really enjoy listening to it. i really like how experimental it is, it's so different to everything we hear from them but it still sounds like an nct 127 song ??? i enjoy the fact it's so unique. i love the lyrics, i love the vibe and i love the whole atmosphere of the song

The fact that u pulled Doyoung breaks my heart. He's my ultimate bias and I never pull him in 127. I keep on pulling Jaehyun and Haechan. Yesterday I got the Sticky version in the mail (pre-order it) and I pulled Yuta as my stickers, Jungwoo as my postcard, and Mark pc. It's my 1st time pulling a different member besides Jaehyun and Haechan. But I REALLY want Doyoung. 😍😊😢💚💚😢😊😍

sticker really needs some getting used to especially for those who prefer mellow sounds. But the more i listen to it, the more i like it. And with the comeback stages and the release of the dance practice i now see the impact it has in terms of being a 127 title track. lemonade is glorious no doubt about it but it's 127, the're unapologetic when it comes to their music and i respect them for that.

What separates NCT from other boy groups is that if you hear their song, you’ll know it’s an NCT song. Their songs are not generic that’s why it is not everyone’s cup of tea. You really gotta be a fan to be able to appreciate their music. And I hope that even though you don’t vibe with Sticker, don’t act like you own them and sh*t on their hard work. You don’t have to throw hate at the boys simply for not liking their title track. There are plenty of songs in the album and you can just listen to those.

I liked sticker from the first listen too, in fact since Taeyong started rapping I was already hooked, I love how all of their vocals stand out and how unique it is. Talking about the albums the sticky ver photobook is one of the prettiest I've ever seen, but I kind of like Sticker ver inclusions more hahah I can't decide

I love NCT 127 a lot, they're talented and amazing. But Sticker was bad. By the way these are just my personal opinions, and I'm not hating on them because I really do love them. But Sticker isn't a grower for me either. Their voices in the song Sticker sound great, but the actual music is just.... I don't know how to describe it because I don't know a lot about music. But it's just kind of off putting somehow. Again, my personal opinions and even if I don't like the song Sticker, I'll still support them and the hard work that's put into the making of the album.

Also your reaction to sticker was like mine as well! I feel like I had a similar reaction to this song like I had with Shinees don’t call me, something new, experimenting and fresh!

Magic Carpet Ride is really good.

I'm way late but I just ordered this album. I just came out of 5 day e.r hospitalization caused by days of vomitting(even with no food) and huge cramps in my left tummy and back.. I'm also rare nerve pain disorder patient called complex regional pain syndrome (please look up if you have time bc I know you care about your fans) They freaked over how dangerously low my blood count was. 4 instead of 14. I had 3 bags of blood transfusion (1st time in my life for that I'm 51) . I'm VERY VERY sick n I'm on every narcatic painkiller for past 10 yrs. I'm Korean so I got into kpop bk in the 80s and kpop was different growing up in Korea bk in the 70s and 80s. I am in so much pain so kpop helps a lot but I'm a pianist so I love classical, especially piano concertos and opera. I'm writing this fighting pain in 6 different parts of my body to write this. i feel that u are very kind lady so I just wanted to express bc I had most horrendous, several nasty mean nurses and one monster of a e.r doc that I am traumatized by ppl. I wish ppl have more compassion in the medical field... E.R ppl are the lowest, uncaring ppl you will ever meet. I experienced too much of that! If pain stay this horrific, I will choose to end it all but that's OK. Ppl must understand that, nobody can force u to live when it hurts terribly to even breath. Thanks for listening. Stay sweet, beautiful lady!!!
