♡why i disapeared from social media for 3 months...♡ 

SIDE NOTE: after this i developed back into my eating disorder + the other 8 mental illnesses i have. im now working on that & the trauma from these months & the time when i got home & had a falling out w my boyfriend at the time, now my ex. just want you to know that i am still working on trauma & even back into the eating disorder habits again. i love you guys & thank you from the bottom of my heart🥰

this video brought me to tears! no one should ever have to go through this, and it makes my heart wrench to know this happened to you. i had very similar experiences with both inpatient & outpatient over the last few years. i actually just got out of inpatient for a s.a. last week so this really hit close to home. i know how tough it can be to share your story because i went through it too and am still going through it to this day. my time in there was perhaps the most alone, isolated and scared i felt. i cried a lot, like you, as well and had the worst anxiety. i know it takes a lot of strength and courage to make it through situations like this, more strength than people realize so i want you to know how proud i am for you for sharing your story. you're so unbelievably strong & although you're 2 years older than me, i feel like i can relate to you on so many levels. i can't thank you enough for being so vulnerable, i know how hard it is but it really does have a greater impact than you realize! this made me feel so much less alone. i love you so much!

it’s horrible that the people that should be helping you through this are the ones pretty much holding you captive, i’m so sorry about this, your stronger than anyone i know 💞

What kind of mental health workers/nurses do this!!! They are suppose to support patients who tf thinks “oh time to go to work and tell patients to shut up and drug them” this is disgusting I’m so sorry. Same goes for the emt...he should never have became a paramedic

I've been meaning to watch this since it came out but your sc stories reminded me so here i am! For the past 3 months I've been really struggling in a dark place with depression, anxiety and eating disorder (have had both since i was 15 -22now- plus few other more personal issues i need therapy for) while also living in a very toxic home situation and its gotten so bad that i wanted to go inpatient, i just feel That'll be best for me and i appreciate hearing your story, brings awareness to the abuse these places have but also the really good people there too ♡

I’m in tears. I struggle a lot with anxiety and panic attacks and nobody understands how I feel, so this video gave me comfort in some what of a way. especially knowing other people understand how terrible mental illnesses can be but yet how amazing it is when people can get better after struggling.
