@@jamesrogers6779 that's why the interactions are optional. if you don't want it saucy and want it to be sweet just dont pick the spicier interactions.
And it’s got great cutscenes! I’ve been trying to track down a copy for GameCube as I only need that then I have all 3 main sims games for Nintendo platforms (I own sims on GameCube and sims 3 on wii) but unfortunately still haven’t found one.
I live for these videos no joke Oml sims 2 animations are hardcore in romance. They were getting into it. Like I felt wrong watching it. that's how scandalous some of those animations were
AuzzPanda Truthh... If you have inTeen 'make out' in hot tub looks pretty dirty too.. And yeah, I make sure my sims aren't being romantic when I have other people around... (The 'goose' flirt makes me laugh most of the time.)
Akira Yeah! I remember that too. The teens making out in the hot tub was more intense than the adults one xD I love goose ahahahah. I miss how romantic interactions were more categorized (flirt, kiss, hug, etc)
yeah sims 3 and 4 watered down the romantic and maid outfits a ton and not only do i hate it but i also don't get why the rating hasn't gotten lower as it doesn't feel like an M 13+ (rating in Australia) game but rather a PG game
martinshkreli true but for non mod user or people like me who have computers that can't run to many mods it's a shame though despite EA claiming to not promote using mods they made it very easy to put mods in sims and i feel as though they some times rely on modders to make up for things they fail to do, and that's a problem for a game that is made for low end PC's (talking about sims 4 only as sims 1/2/3 would not run on low end PC's well from their times unless you wanted lag, poor graphics and loading screens taking longer).
it's not it's a 5 year old windows 7 PC not made for gaming and believe or not a lot of people have PC's worse than mine, also i said sims 3 and sims 2 would need high end pc's *for their time* as the tech in 2009 for PC's was a lot different to 2017 and when sims 2 was made 3D PC games were pretty new. sims 3 runs with very little lag on my PC as long as it's in a world that is sunsetvalleys size or smaller with high graphics and sims 4/2 also run great but i just can't run sims 4 with a crap ton of mods and that was my point, not every one can run sims 4 with lots of mods.
@@grasslover6202 yes, I know. I also personally think that they should add a bit more drama to Sims 4. Or at least robbers. Or something, Sims 4 is too "safe", almost nothing dangerous can happen if you don't try to do it on purpose. Interesting how fast opinions can change, today I wouldn't even write the previous comment, even though I wrote it just 2 weeks ago. But that's because I earned more knowledge about the Sims and now I know that The Sims 4 is worse than the other games in the series, lol
Can we talk about the make out on couch interaction in Sims 2 though? That was so intense, they would like spread out across the whole couch and get on top of each other. The Sims 4 make out on the couch is so much tamer.
@@SisterTheohild well I don't meant to say that, I actually meant that sims 3 have a lot of things that sims 4 doesn't have, for example open worlds or restaurants in the base game, or zodiac signs, favorite color, favorite food, etc
@@SisterTheohild I agree with you on that. I do have a proper gaming computer but the sims is a type of game I will play on a laptop. Also, the loading screens are worse for those with bad computers, like if you get a gaming computer the loading screen shouldnt bother you that much. I also get the more away options mod so sims can do homework, go on dates and work on any skill while not on the active lot :D
I agree with your opinion, however, The Sims 2 runs better on my computer. I can't afford high-end computers so I have a really bad computer. The Sims 3 never worked on my computer properly because of its requirements were so high. Even on the lowest settings, my computer would struggle with The Sims 3. The Sims 2 runs smoothly on it and I enjoy the gameplay a lot. c:
@@TheRedPlumbob But at the same time, can't resist putting stuff like that in. Just imagine how creepy these games would be with all the humor taken out of them...
Continuation of the situation in 4: they forget all about it in a Sim hour and are besties again the next day. Like the little goldfishes that they are :D
The best interaction goes to sims 2... I really felt that the sims are alive. And the interaction has humor in it. It never fail to make me laugh and smile. And their personality really shows. And i like how they cry after breakup 😂
I would love to see some of the Sims 2 interactions in the Sims 4. That would be nice. I'm also fond of the romantic interactions you can do in Sims 4 when both sims are sitting down. Those are adorable!
TS4 reuses A LOT of the same talking animations with small variations. TS3 and especially TS2 have more variety when it comes to animations. TS4 added like 50 interactions that all do more or less the same.
Nahuel for the friendly inactions yes but the rest are actully quite different and there's only so many ways you can animate so many similar interactions. I definitely wish there was more but it's not that bad
it's quite hard to tell though and most are changed enough to stand on their own, sims 3 however is horrible for reusing animations as many animations in the game look like a copy and paste of sims 2 animations and when it isn't using sims 2 animations they look kinda rushed or you know it's not even in the game (such as getting in a car animation messing)
Tied between 2 and 4. I love Sims 3 but it feels like they rarely touch each other and forced. Also am I the only one who thinks the female voice from Sims 3 used here is annoying as hell? Especially when she's laughing... No offense to the voice actress :P
Dude i've always hated that voice, sounds like the actress is not trying. The laugh sounds very forced. Worst thing is all my female neighbors get that voice so i hear it everywhere :(
I agree with you 100% just made a recent post about it since I thought no one had pointed it out- I just feel like they purposefully made ts3 very unflattering, especially for the female model & the showcase.
I love all the adult voices, from Sims 1 to Sims 4. Except the kids voices, they all make me cringe in general. Toddlers's voice are neat in Sims 4, the only ones I can stand.
Sims 2 in my opinion is superior they seem so in love and connected,i means look how close they stand and laugh at one anothers jokes or just how close they stand to one another in general . sims 3 looks so akward like they are friends trying to date, sims 4 “romance” looks more like everyday interactions
I kind of tired of Sims 3 interactions, maybe because I played it too much. They're so not 'real', if I can say it that way. Sims 4 interactioins are so soft and smooth, I love them even if they sometimes a bit too cartoony-ish (but so pleasing to eyes). Sims 2 interactions are nostalgic to me, even if I played it not as much as Sims 3, it brings good memories. I played more in Sims 1, because my computer could handle only that version back then. I didn't even know about Sims 2, and I didn't need that. I remember their variety of kisses, I loved it so much. When they kissed, I just sat there and watched, sighning and thinking about how they love each other and that true love exists somewhere. Same with Sims 2(and Sims 4) and even more. Only for that feelings Sims 3 goes from the competition. In Sims 3 mostly you don't feel that way. They're just following your orders. I don't need just that. I need emotions. Love. (am I asking too much for a computer game?) (and yes I need love in virtual life because I don't have it in real life, everyone need it somewhere 😞) I hope developers will add some new (romantic) interactions in Sims 4 with some special(or not) addition. Even if not, it's okay that way (but I have hope). Thank you for bringing me back my sweet memories because of this video. (and sorry for my grammar, in any case)
Sorry for Sims 3 fans. I loved it at one time. It just outlived its usefulness for some people. I love it with its interesting additions and for some other things. Just not mostly in 'interaction way'. Thank you.
I read the whole thing. Yeah I make my simself and she gets into relationships because i'm too shy to try and find someone. Any time I try to flirt I just fail and embarrass myself.
I think sims 2 won. In Sims 4 they often even miss the lips while ,,kissing‘‘. Also almost all interactions which used to be super cool and intense got down played so badly it got kinda boring...
How are TS4 romantic interactions the most tame/PC of all the iterations? I feel like TS4 took several steps back in the romance department among other things. TS2 had the best romance interactions by far. TS4 is so boring and vanilla.
I feel like the life of all the interactions get progressively worse in the later games. Sims 2 interactions are so full of life and energy Less on 3 and even lesser in sims 4
I feel like youre really leaving out the fact that sims can actually talk to each other in other ways than just standing up or if both are sitting in the same place in the sims 4. Idk it feels so much like a major upgrade from the sims 3 to me and really make home spaces feel more lively. They actually react to eachother
Sims 2 and 3 romantic interactions are so hot! Like they’re really into each other and really in love. Sims 4’s romantic interactions are so mild and plain compared to 2&3. I can’t feel the fire between my Sims eventho they’re both in flirty moods.
And once again I am reminded of just how weird I think Sims 3 Sims look (the art style they went with for that generation was just Not For Me). I like the Sims 4 animations quite a lot, though I got happily nostalgic over some of Sims 2's romance options. How cute. :)
