Rewatching it now, Darryl wasn't scared of dying. He was scared of dying for nothing. Then he made the sacrifice that took his life for his fellow comrades to retreat. Rest in peace Darryl, you will always be a hero.

Two things to notice: 1. at 4:05 We see Darryl standong out while in the background everyone are running away. Its ironic how he did not want to die and then made the ultimate sacrifice 2. in the last second the way nether king hopelessly stopped and looked at the airship was so heart breaking.

The original version was already amazing but the remake version is another level of amazing

The fact that Rainimator starts killing almost everyone's favourite character without hesitating is a proof that he'd like to open a spa made out of our tears and sweats😂😂

God rain really knows how to pull on the heart strings during a really cool battle, the army will never forget these sacrifices, no matter how reckless they were

When in a couple short episodes characters have more development than an entire Netflix series

I love these series because every main characters are strong, but not REALLY strong. They are way better than an average human, but to the point of continental threat level like strong.

This should probably be titled something like "Cold as Ice Part II" rather than a remake because it doesn't replace the first video....it's just a song from a previous chapter re-used for a different chapter but both exist in the same time-line.

I love that ending. "If I'm dying, I'm taking you down with me." Daryl's last stand. And he really made it count. Also, Ceris. When I saw her, I was like "Oh, she's alive!- And not anymore."

I liked the original it feels more canon plus you get slowly introduced to the characters and their origin unless this is main lore its just reusing the song

Daryll holding the nether king down with such an intense stare as the airship crushed them both is one of the most badass things I've ever seen a minecraft song end with.
