Time went on I ended up going to a psychiatrist and psychologist that taught at the U of U. Someone got me help. They told me that I was now an adult and I could take that little girl under my wing and teach her what it's like to grow up into an adult that could be how ever she wanted to be. She was no longer trapped. And it wasn't easy but you know what I am all grown up and confident as you say..I wish you nothing but happiness and I am not saying my trauma was equal to yours no way.
