Yes, also the abandonment part towards his mom and himself. That's the reason why he went there and killed them, fueling even more his anger towards the muggle kind.

@@Adatewith His mom did not abandon him actually she made sure he would have a place to live at the muggle orphanage because she loved Tom but she died giving birth to him so that's why Tom originally thought his mom was weak and that he had gotten his wizard blood from his Dad (he didn't know him) so after Tom had done research on his family lineage he found out that actually his mom was a poor witch and his dad was a rich muggle 😖 but yeah Tom didn't like either of his parents anyway for those reasons so I'm sure killing his Dad was easy for Tom since not only did Tom consider his Dad to be a "filthy muggle" he was also a coward dead beat Dad who abandoned his own child so Tom killed him because he wanted to use the murder of his Dad to make a horcrux but I'm also sure that Tom believed his dad deserved to die. 💀 Damn, Tom was a savage! 😂

@@Firespawnable No no, I meant the abandonment of Riddle Sr. towards both of them. I know Merope tried to at least deliver him safe, but the woman was fed up by then with life. She's no angel either, basically raped Riddle Sr. with wizard roofies. Imagine waking up from a possible Amortentia and seeing the woman next door pregnant. He ran scared, of couse. A very nasty situation for everyone!

@@Adatewith I'm not a good person to have this conversation with because I don't really see the situation the same as other Harry Potter fans and I definitely don't see Tom Riddle as a victim, like sure he came from a fucked up background but that does not give him an excuse to be prejudice or evil. 🙄 I've seen a lot of fans use their tragic situations to defend assholes like: Tom, Draco, Snape, etc. 💀 But I think it's pathetic. 😂

Well, he did made of it a base of operations in the 6th movie, if I remember, when the gardener finds him inside. I guess it's the only thing he truly inherited.

Haha you’re cracking me 😂 perhaps he’s less authoritarian here, and more sincere and dark. I don’t justify his acts but he was pretty abandoned and left alone by everyone, perhaps with more support his story would have been different
