Plz help me I don't know what happened to me while I was meditating It felt as if my soul is leaving my body....my heart suddenly started racing so so so fast n I felt heat all over my body I don't know what happened I got so much frightened and opened my eyes and still my heart was beating too fast and my hands were shivering.....then I calmed my self down During meditation I was aiming that my old spirit left and Pharaoh came to change my life

Calm down! I feel you! At some level of advancement one can gain capacity to experience out-of-body astral existence. When you practice meditate seriously and regularly, you develop spiritual maturity and as you advance spiritually, you realise higher dimensions of life. After that, you might experience to gain knowledge from other dimensions. And it seems that your intention that your old spirit to left your body. If you are able to separate yourself from your body and still be comfortable with it, that's great. Enjoy it. But if it is scary for you, you can stop meditating in that way for now until you experience more spiritual growth or change your intention for the meditation

What a blessing. Listening it for a week or two. Alongside with a deep spiritual practice (realising that there is noone who practices it, though) it now feels like I am always high on God. I saw myself moving so quickly as if I'm watching a car race show and i was moving through an area where the buildings were made out of mud, passing through tunnels so quickly as if i was flash. I had a lucid dreaming experience.I was in a white 3 storied building,I was standing in the second floor and looked upward and find out that it had a different roof top.It has small steps to go to the 3rd,then I opened my eyes I could see some transparent magnetic field in my room,it later has some pink color,then I tried to bring my hands and legs together ,but was repelling like magnets,I was transparent and I could see through my hands,but in real my hands and legs were unmoving.
