I just had echinacea tea today & took a nap! Quite validating!

I put this on my Playlist when you posted it, but I guess today was finally the day I was meant to see it. I was drawn to watch all 3 piles. Thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't jive with some of the tea leaf card meanings. Pile 2. The condition I have is known as PMDD. The 2 weeks prior to the cycle, in the luteal phase, estrogen drops. This drop in estrogen causes severe depression. The game changer was getting Estradiol supplements. The estrogen supplements saved my life, literally. I also think I might be a carrier of a bacterial condition that was worsening symptoms. A British doctor actually posted a video one time, that said endometriosis is hypothesized to be caused by a bacterial condition. Around April I was put on a strong antibiotics, and since then my cycle has been far less painful and not as heavy. Just putting this here in case it helps someone else. Hmm. April is when I lost my job too. I was in full autistic burnout at the time. It took about 2 months to heal from that. Now about 4 months later, I am finally starting to see real progress with my energy; although I had to do a medical withdrawal from school to help get back in balance. Pile 3. The boundaries and play is what finally helped me start healing the autistic burnout.
