You are not alone Father Mark. I feel that the pendulum is starting to swing back to a better societal alignment with religion. But it will take time. The juxtaposition of prophetic fire from the sky and the ballistic missile attack in Israel is pretty jarring. I started researching what's wrong with the world after the 2008 housing crisis and became aware of how much economic injustice (largely a product of Protestant and enlightenment thinking) is linked to wars, abortion, government subversion, and the culture of death over all. I now advocate for the Economic Democrat Act which is based largely on Rerun Novarum, Quadragesimo Anno, and Mater et Magistra.

I wish you would also mention the same prophecies from the OT and NT. Those are important to remember and to be reminded of because there are some who don’t study it or read it out of the Holy Book.

Praying for Israel

The reason I haven't been going to church is because I have forgotten all of the prayer responses & formalities of the mass. A misal is not practical in the dark for a senior.
