This sled is a multifunctional table saw sled that can be used as a miter cut, a tapered cut, and a jointer jig. The base is 18mm birch plywood, and the fence is 24mm plywood. The handle was made of walnut wood. My method of making a handle in this video is a method that can make various dowels according to the size of the boring bit.

WOW! ANOTHER fantastic build! The bandsaw dowel maker is simply awesome! The flip stop that snaps into the fence, well, that is just typical of the genius creating this content 😆. EVERY other "content creator" cries about store bought stops having slop... but YOU, you just make one that blows them away. EXCELLENT work!! You should create and sell that entire sled setup online ... You WILL make a killing! Thank you again for sharing your creative genius with us all!

awesome useful sled. What is the size of the t-track? What is the size of the ttrack router bit and why did 't you directly use it and first made groove with table saw?
@carpentak
@carpentak 9 месяцев назад
It is a t-track with a width of 8mm. The first thing I do with a table saw is to extend the life of the router bit. If I just work on it, the router bits will have a shorter lifespan. It also increases the precision of the T-track. Thanks
@oksuztepe
@oksuztepe 9 месяцев назад
@@carpentak wow. thank you very much for your answer and tip. I think 8mm is the top layer groove for M8, what is the bottom layer groove width? I think 8mm - 12,5mm is good for the hammer heads and clamps that you use.

@@carpentak Would you just give the distances between the grooves please? I suppose this is important to get good results for the cuts with the square
@carpentak
@carpentak Год назад
@@danav4810 The distance between the grooves does not matter. Dig a groove at a suitable line. In order to set the right angle of the guide fence, the most important thing is the position of the locking knob close to the cutting line on the right. As I showed in the video, with the right angle of the fence precisely aligned, use the dowel pointer to mark the location of the hole on the fence, and then drill accurately to get the right angle. This is important.
