Thanks a lot bro for ur huge kindness and support. A little correction *Governor directs in case of Assam in both central and state laws. In case of Meghalaya Tripura Mizoram- Governor directs in case of state laws and president directs in case of centre laws.* Keep posting ur lectures please it's really helpful.

Sir in 5th schedule area there is a president who declares the area to be scheduled not the governor and there executive power of state extend and governor submit a report to the president regarding the administration of such areas annually or wherever so required by president
