I just tried the first few steps and have been informed, Mutiny is shutting down by the end of the year. I was excited to use them but understand the reality of business. all the best to those guys.
Great explanation of a great wallet, thanks! Keep up the amazing work! Mutiny is in my opinion the best wallet for quickly onboarding people to bitcoin and lightning
Thank you for your time and effort creating these Amazing educational material. Just as a suggestion that may help grow your channel. You may want to consider adding links in your videos to your older videos to help your new audients navigate through your vast library.
seems like the mutiny app is telling me that EVERY TIME I deposit from another lightning wallet that I'll have to ay 38,000+ sats to create another new channel?
What about the security of browser wallets? If the server is compromised, can somebody push malicious code to steal users’ funds? I know it’s meant to be used as a daily spending wallet with small amounts, and the main use case is not the security features, but the ability not to rely on Apple store and Google Play. But lost and hacked funds (even if small) is always a negative thing to the ecosystem.
Minimum deposit raised from 50K to 100K while the initial fee they take also raised from 10K to 40K. Do you know if these numbers fluctuate with the on-chain fees?
The Mutiny wallet runs a Lightning node on your browser, so it needs to pay the Lightning service provider for the channel opening. Once you got the channel open in your browser wallet and you got channel liquidity, you can send back and forth Lightning payments with very low fees.
sucks because I HATE wallets that "fail to find route" and then you basically wasted $20 testing the lightning wallet...As it turns out Mutiny seems to be another shitty one.
The recent uptick in Bitcoin's value marks a significant moment in the cryptocurrency market, indicating not just a temporary spike but the onset of a potentially larger trend. This positive trajectory reflects growing investor confidence and suggests a broader shift toward global cryptocurrency acceptance. The movement presents a prime opportunity for investors, especially day traders, to capitalize on Bitcoin's bullish momentum, highlighting the importance of strategic investment during such pivotal market trends. I've personally benefited from following Austin Luka trading tactics, amassing 9bitcoins in a short seven weeks period, which speaks volumes about his expertise.
I started my trade in Crypto as a newbie, with Zero knowledge of what i am doing but meeting Mr Austin Luka Work has been Amazing and a blessing to me..
I like it. But does anyone else find it odd that the Activity list doesn’t show the fees? It only shows what your transaction amount was, not including fees paid. Seems incomplete, from an accounting standpoint.
