The lift you saw in the video has a platform at the bottom that catches most of the wood chips. The workers get down inside and clean any remaining debris later. Other than that, it's ready to go again.
So they always distill the same plant material in each vat ? If so they must have 100+ vats. So the vats at no point need cleaning with some kind of solution ? If so what do they use. I would think alcohol would be the best as it dissipates so quickly and leaves no residue, the same way I clean my room diffusers. Thanks for responding...{:>))
spray with water , thats all, that are all plants mterial and all the oil have evaporated, what was left are waste and can be easyly be cleaned with water...
They have only five or seven alambic To clean them after using an other plante they use à bouilled water added 5Kgs soudictriphosfat salt about 12hs After that they use steam about 8hs Then they finish clean with abrasif Paper and water
