✅100% FIX Windows Security Not Opening/Working On Windows 10 & 11 [5 WAYS]
✅ This instructions in this video tutorial can be applied for laptops, desktops, computers, and tablets which run the Windows 10/11/ operating systems. This tutorial will work on all hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, and Samsung.
Step 1 Run Windows Troubleshooter
Step 2 Enable Background Apps
Step 3 Rebuild All Apps
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | For each app: Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml\
Step 4 Repair Corrupted Windows Files
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Step 5 Reset Your Windows

Moreso, please let us know if internet connection is needed at any point. I could not tell if mine didn't work because I wasn't connected to the internet. But, in your video, your internet was active, I think all through. I wouldn't know if it's meant for the tutorial or just for normal stuff. By the way, well-done and thank you.

The methods didn't work though, but please, for everything you ask us to do, let us always know the implications before doing it, tell us what the action would cause and if it is important for us to revert the changes we've made or not; if it didn't work, so that, It won't be eventually what would affect another part of the system. Guys...pls don't bother... It can be corrected so easily if you have a wifi connection. Go to reset pc settings and just do reinstall the windows. Mine just worked. Pls go for it

Yo i can help, just restart your pc until go to your lockscreen and do this ( WHILE HOLDING RIGHT SHIFT CLICK THE RESTART ) and select what the option you want, but I recommend Keep your Files and then Reset. Good to go brother

If you have windows 11 it will not show background apps you have to just open all apps and click on the 3 dots rights side on selected app and open advance options there you will find background running option.

This did not fix it, but i found a fix!!! You have to join the microsoft beta (insider) program, then you will get some windows updates and restart a few times and it will be fixed. I mean it, seriusly!
