Jazakallah khair Solved problem after almost 4-5 days by "reset pc > keeping files > cloud download", all software was gone bit all files are safe and sound.

For me I did all the process but after closing the command the issue came again and after that I choose the other option Same as you said in video but after choosing those options It came back to options to choose again and again that means that the options also did not work , and for the last situation even I cannot reinstall or delete the windows that option also shows error, so what should I do , go to computer technical repair .

After first cmd it shows .. Total identifies windows installation :2 [1] C:\Windows Add installation to boot list ? Yes no or all And when I select any one the option it shows . The system cannot find the file specified

After all these if you still facing issue try this : In Advance options goto UEFI Firmware Settings click on restart then you will openup with firmware settings then see over the you will find boot settings in that change the boot manager and save it , boom that's it 👍

Bro it is saying chsdsk is not available for raw drives

The best thing to do which I just did is taking out the power cord (idk if that’s what it’s called but it’s the cord that is needed to turn the pc on) and plugging it back in. I tried everything in the command prompts, troubleshoot, even restoring my pc, nothing worked but as simple as unplugging the cord and plugging it back in worked for me.

Thanks , the method of " Disable early launch anti malware protection " worked , but now when am starting pc again it shows "diagnosing pc " and then " press any key to stop disc repair " . but after pressing any key it shows "welcome" rather than fixing disc.. So, is there any way i can start my pc normally without any interruption like fixes and all ?

If nothing worked for you even if you were not able to boot into safe mode to uninstall the update here is a method for you :- first go to advanced option then select troubleshoot. In troubleshoot you will see an option called uninstall updates select that option and in that option there will be two options first uninstall latest quality update second uninstall latest feature update first select uninstall latest quality update option and see if it works or not if it does not works then select the second option uninstall latest feature update if the first option didn't worked then this option will surely work and it will uninstall the update which was causing error and your pc will be successfully booted
