Im practicing but i feel like my biggest weakness out of all my weaknesses is controlling the ball consistently, sometimes i do get a nice move off but then my timing of knowing when and where to grab the ball for jumpshots or layups is not good. I am practicing but im trying to make it like my workouts, a good effective and consistent basketball workout.
spoiler alert, human proportions remain similar no matter the body size (unless you have height inhibiting disorders). We all feel the same about dribbling at knee height. My bad it's an old vid and comment but had to say sth.
No you’re not supposed to put your hand under the ball while dribbling. You can have it anywhere else though. By the side(s) Behind On top (obviously) You could watch some Iverson clips and maybe some Chris Paul clips too.
