Fun Fact: In the 90's I know there was a secret mission between the former Soviets and the UN to clean up this site. It was SOOO badly contaminated it was one of the most irradiated places on earth, There was fission material scattered randomly about on the ground, Irradiated metals everywhere. Sounds like his engine isn't choked. It's not a clutch thing. Those carburetors have a choke. It's on the right side of the carburetors. Pull it up and the engine is choked. Pedal Release clutch Wait for the engine to start up Lower the choke lever and rip the throttle. Choke works by when the piston goes down the air and fuel get sucked into the engine. Now a choke reduces the amount of air flow into the carburetor, which creates a lot of negative pressure in the carburetor, so more fuel gets sucked in but not a lot of air. Example: If you have 2 straws hanging out your mouth. One in a cup of water and one in the air. If you inhale, you're going to get maybe a little water but mostly air. Now plug the straw in the air with your finger and leave the other one in the water. You're going to suck up water. Also if it is the clutch. Pup the clutch cover off, take out the Philips head screw then squeeze the clutch lever and hold it. Then spin the flower nut 1 notch clockwise. Put the Philips screw back in place. Start the engine, ride it. Repeat if clutch keeps slipping. Don't over tighten it.

Taking down that flag was highly disrespectful, even if you had been right about you were thinking at the time. It's a monument, the country of Kazakhstan decided to put it there, and you have no right to do that. What's worse is that you were wrong. Your colleague corrected you and informed you that this is not a disarmament monument, but a cleanup one. The US helped clean up. Perhaps they did a poor job, as the background radiation is still quite high, but regardless, they helped clean up. Why did you not put the flag back up after being corrected, at least? Very poor form, I won't unsubscribe, but I hope to see you do better. You're free to speak your mind, that's fine, and even encouraged. But don't touch monuments.
