Fabian, Back in the day, that section of Waltham to Spanish town was the uptown area where all the Scottish and uptown persons lived. It was in the late 60s that the area became bad, and the rich people moved out. The first theatre, which was called Majestic theatre, was located right at Spanish town road and Maxfiekd intersection.

Hello Jamaica Walk By, could you please walk by the General Penitentiary in Kingston? I researched my family and I found out that my great-grandfather, Sam B. White, was the Warden in 1893. His address was 30 Potters Row which I believe was on the same street as the Penitentiary or very close by.
