Ruby played a great part in this season, hiding her in last episodes is a crime. She highly deserves a proper ending in this season. She place the top position in cast.

People forget Ruby, took Otis's virginity. She clearly liked him from the season 2 party onwards, The smirk when he said Maeves "scary but pretending" The dancing together, the forest scenes, the cycle ride, the fraught look on her face every time Otis said he'll end it. The shows of public affection. She loved him far more than Maeve did. I'm still shocked he's still hung up on Maeve. I'm hoping it's just an infatuation but he will realise he has a much better connection with Ruby.. Have one of those romcom flash backs to all the good times! The writers probably did too good a job selling this relationship as it looks far better and natural than Otis x Maeve. Despite season 3 being the best season, making Ruby and Otis a thing was the biggest mistake because they didn’t anticipate the dynamic and chemistry they’d have together. Being honest they blow Maeve and Otis out the park in terms of a couple for entertainment. Maeve and Otis are so boring to watch in comparison.

The only flaw in Otis and Maeve’s relationship is humanizing Ruby’s character. She is the epitome of what the main character in every love story is. Maeve and Otis were always in the “will they, won’t they” situation, but they do love each other. It’s just Otis’ character grew so much through the series, in someways he outgrew Maeve. This version of Otis would have stayed with Ruby in real life, because they compliment each other. While Maeve and Otis are a lot alike as the season progressed, and as with every relationship that’s a recipe for disaster. But who knows maybe the writers will hit the right spot, and convince us that Maeve and Otis’ relationship isn’t just for the sake of plausibility. This is high school for christ’s sake maybe making the storyline more in synch with reality is the best way to go.

3:13 favorite part of the whole series. I love the way Ruby gradually opened up to Otis, begins to not care about what others think. She changed herself to love Otis. It's truly a shame that they didn't get to be together. Tbh, I think they are one of my favorite fictional couples.

This -was the best of season 3. It really reinvigorated the whole show. Hope the writers bring them back together…enough with the drama with Maeve…

When meave found out Otis loved her after she just finally started a relationship with Isaac and now she realised she still liked Otis it was played out because I was already rooting for Otis and ruby because then 2 chemistry is wayyyy better than Otis and meave, Otis and meave should just be friends and move on from each other and the writers should have explored ruby and Otis and meave and Isaac relationship more because now we want more… season 4 can’t just be the last season… get me on there I can make it better man.

I literally started watching this show just because of these two , I kept seeing videos like this on instgram and I decided, hey why not ! I haven't had a show to watch in a while , I didn't even know otis was the main character at the time, and even though they set it up to make you care about him and Mave. I actually really liked ruby and otis relationship in S-3. Aside from thr aspects of it being the hot girl gets with the nerdy guy which i liked,You actually see character growth for both of them, otis steps out of his comfort zone, but also becomes more confident and says what he means, and ruby ends up changing her character for OT, because she likes him, She goes from being a posh , full of herself person to someone who actually cares about other people and also opens up to him and showing her family life and all that. And so I think the show does a good job at showing that. Over all , I think they handled the relationship really well , it was very believable, wah more then the one with Ola. I Just wish they made the relationship last a little bit longer

fundamentally we can see how Ruby wants to change Otis such as his appearance, outfit, walking style. But the fact is she is the one who is changed ( her attitude is more open). And when Otis told her he don't want to change his person just bc of casual and that was ok with Rudy, at that moment we all already known Ruby not just like being with a nasty boy but she totally has feelings for Otis
