My wife and I drove from Dallas to Joplin to go to this message. I had a chance to meet with Dan after this message and he prayed for me. I have never had anyone that I have met in my life that looked at me and I felt I could see Jesus in their eyes. Don't misinterpret what I'm saying. I'm not elevating Dan to being a Christ, I'm saying he lives with Christ inside of himself like we all should and I melted just being near him. The power of God is moving in this man's life and he understands not to just teach and preach but instead live the life of Christ by example. God working through him and the content of his teaching has changed my perspective to live with a renewed mind and be and not just know truth. We are called to know our Lord! My God! I just bowed my head and asked God to unfurl the lifetime of mental conditioning that i have not only received but dished out! My heart and the fear in it and the self centeredness woven in my nature and identity is overwhelming! In Jesus Christ’s name, by His blood, and by the Word of my testimony- i ask publically and permanently for God to begin a new work in my mind to lay down the guardrails of my thoughts. love it. Yes we many of us truth seeking truth speaking children of God, have a very hard time to find truth out there. Especially now that all the social media sites love to sensor us and refuse to tell our subscribers we have new video's and now no one even can comment on my video's and i am all about the truth. It's sad and just going to get worse and worse as time goes by harder and harder to find truth speaking truth seeking real children of God.

Satan tempted Jesus to do miracles to prove his sonship. Don't fall into that trap. We are not His servants. We inherit His life. We don't mimic it in order to prove we're sons and please a demanding God. Signs wonders and miracles follow those that believe in the resurrection from the dead. It does not follow those trying to live like Jesus.

@@walkkingdom2738 I've never heard of Heidi, I may have to take some time to listen. Prior to Dan I listened to Charles Stanley, David Wilkerson, and Carter Conlon. May I ask you a question, if you don't mind and have some time. I was baptized 7/14 but I've just made it through Acts and now into Romans. I do my very best not to be legalistic but I was baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. After reading Acts (I believe it was around chapter 19) it seems I should have been baptized in the name of Jesus and received baptism by fire of the Holy Spirit. I know that my heart is in the right place and that I was doing this to identify with the life death & ressurection of Jesus and to wash away the old. Is this considered a legalistic thing? I know that all His work began in me will be completed and perfected. I can see changes in my life - so much so my husband has claimed tbat He is all I talk about (Yay God!! 😂😂😂🙌), I refuse to even watch much tv anymore and when I do it is typically Bible stories for children with our son. I see Him working in me and it appears everyone else does, too so am I questioning like a legalist. I am very new to my walk with the Lord and I try not to question and just simply have faith and try to be in His Word and have His Word in me because I know my heart is in it but I have many concerns about the church I attend and have at times wondered if they are doing it wrong or don't understand the Bible or if it is me. Sorry to burden you, I guess I am just assuming you've walked with the Lord longer than me and being so new there are so many questions. Thank you for your time.☺
@@walkkingdom2738 Okay, so when Paul was asking about them being baptized and then said that it should have been in the name of Jesus, this referred to the people of that time then? As I stated in straight through reading I am only in Romans but will look at the verses you mentioned. ☺ So being under the new covenant - we are saved by grace through faith and not that of works lest any man should boast. We are to love God and love one another as I have loved you, the 2 commandments Jesus gave. He does also speak of not being adulterous, murderous and other things in Matthew I believe it was. Obviously, if we walk in love we wouldn't want to do that anyway. May I ask your interpretation then of Jesus saying I have not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. I think that is the part, as a new believer, that trips me up. Yes, my church is all about tithe/offering, baptism. Oh, and living a good life & being a good person, also mentioning briefly "daily exposure to and intake of the Word". They do the same alter/call prayer every single week. I've seen the pastor "kindly" make fun of people who only listen to worship music (my preference because I just wanna be so in the spirit of worship and love for Him and to others) yet They play Hillsong songs. It's more like a performance/coffee house huge church for the area than a place to go to be fed spiritually. One last question - I don't know if it'll sound stupid so I apologize if it does - am I to understand that Jesus is our Sabbath, our rest? I have recently also been struggling with Christmas & Easter - due to research of the history of it. They both seem very very pagan and I no longer wish to celebrate them but also have a 4 yr old son. I don't mind giving him gifts, which we do throughout the year anyway but is it a "where is your heart in the matter" because Dead Sea scrolls reveal Jesus' birthday to be in September and Hamas was 12/25. I don't want anything to do with pagan celebrations and I know where my heart is. As I said I'm new to this, my husband thinks I'm overboard with it and I'll crush our son (whom loves God with his whole heart & soul & hates "that old yucky devil" 💙😊). Thanks again for your time. I see the deception of what I have been taught, self-based, heaven or hell, I want the genuine transformation of what is being spoken of here. I hear the what, I hear the why, but do not understand the how, how, how....... So how do I walk this out? When the husband berates the wife, Don't let your heart be angry... How do I love and not let my heart be angry when the pain is so sharp? How do I go unto Him, deny myself? please help.....that I may be transformed, and walk as He walks and become more like Him, How does His strength manifest itself in me that I may love more.

Seek him in prayer daily seek him in his word daily make him the absolute highest priority in your life and ask the Holy Spirit to help you I’m going through the transformation myself right now and this is where the magic is we have to seek to find. Also we have to learn to lay our lives down in the service of others

We bare bad fruit because the tree is bad. We can't make the fruit good but we can make the tree good then the fruit will be good. Trees thrive and produce good fruit when they are treated with the right fertiliser and taken care of. I was a bad tree in a bad garden that has been transplanted into a good garden by living waters, I must now let the good fertiliser transform me into a good tree. A lot of people are confused by this. It's because the gospel has been twisted. If it's taught right then yes a man found the truth and The Father knew his heart and dwelled in him choosing him to be sacrificed for the rest of mankind. Also testified of his approval of him by working through him with miracles and through his speaking. Christ said God shows him and he does . God speaks and he speaks what he hears. He also said why do you call me good? There is but one that is good and that is God. Also he said I of myself can do nothing. So all of this shows that the truth was in him and he made it clear that it needs to be in us and God is Love and love is the ultimate truth. All of this so we all could follow the example and know it to be possible in the flesh to be one with God. Instead of the lie that we cannot obtain it in a world of sin. Rather obtain pureness ,Holiness and righteousness. Scripture says I am Holy therefore you are to be Holy. And also that there is no darkness in God and any who claim to be in him can have none either.
