I think that Dazai doesn't get left out, he distances himself from the rest on purpose. Either to finally get a moment to be alone and recharge from the clowning or because of a symbolism that he isn't really tied to the ADA as an organisation but rather towards the people instead.
YEA I SAW A WHOLE THINGY OVER THAT I FORGOT WJAT IT WAS BUT IT SAID THAT DAZAI SEEMS CLOSE TO THE ADA BECAUSE HE ALWAYS JOKES AROUND AND STUFF BUT HE ACTUALLY IS VERY DISTANT FEOM TJEM AND STUFF AND I ALMOST TEARED UP.
@traumatizedgayorphans BAHHHAHAHA I NEVER THOUGHT YOU'D ACTUALLY RESPOND. This is seen many times! Especially in basically every celebration that the ADA does, like after the cannibalism arc. We find Dazai all alone in the cruise, looking at Yokohama city. It's not until Atsushi approaches him that he smiles again, but we can obviously see him "clowning less". Maybe it's just a me thibg tho.
@lisx3353 yes, that's maybe another reason as to why he doesn't get too close to the ADA, to not get hurt. However, this goes against his absurdist views and his own "don't wallow yourself in pity" line, which i think he gives this advice to Atsushi because he himself experienced it. But we don't see him pitying himself anymore, which made his like slightly easier.
Dazai is definitely out of family photos cause he would just do the most goofy shit to ruin the photo XD And the ADA is just Fukuzawa and his own orphanage, YOU CAN’T CHANGE MY OPINION 😭😭 Just like you can’t change my opinion that the ADA is better than the PM, you just can’t ;)
