This has been a life saver for me. I listen to it before or while I sleep and it’s significantly changed my attitude towards work- after just 3 nights I noticed it was so much easier to get up as well as get through the work shift. I even started enjoying work instead of severely dreading it. This was one my biggest problems due to mental health and it is practically gone now, I’ve used this sub for I think a week and a half or two weeks!

I’ve been using this for productivity every day I work and it’s helped so much. But it also has helped me in other ways. Today before watching I was stressed and anxious about going into work since there is a lot on my plate. Once I started watching this video my anxiety went away and I started to feel really calm.
