Ahh..

Probably using the stabilizer tool, you can look up if your art program has it! You shouldn't depend on it too much though. Digital drawing requires quick methodical strokes, so definitely still practice your line work without a stabilizer until you can do good smooth lines! :) You should never use art program tools like the stabilizer tool or circle tool as a crutch, but as tools in appropriate places. I like using the circle tool for eyes, as an example.
