Lots of people are telling stories I think it'd be alright if I did as well. (If you dont wanna read then keep going, I won't waste your time) So, my best friend, he likes me and I like him too. He's liked me since kinder, and I since 3rd grade. Well, he failed the 3rd grade and moved the next school year. He left, and well, became a fuqboi. In the span of 7 years, he's had over 30 girlfriends; he's had five this year. He gets with a girl who likes him, even if he doesn't like her, they're together for a month, they break up "for no reason," he waits a week or so, gets another girl. How I know? He told me himself after he and I dealt with the same snake. He said he changed, that he's the "nicest guy you'll ever meet now." He is really sweet. Of course I was cautious and didn't want to get hurt by him...I didn't know he liked me till we got bored and played truth or dare a month ago, after I had broken up with my boyfriend at the time, and we would stay up until 4am texting all night. Almost daily. But both of us were getting in trouble for sleeping in class after being up so late on a nearly daily basis. He just got out of a relationship himself, a day after I ended mine (plus, he was the first person I told I was breaking it off), so he said he'd have to wait a while if we were gonna go anywhere. On top of that, he wanted to get to know me like he used to when we were kids, we've always been best friends and he'll always be my bestie. The reason he wanted to know me better was because he didn't want to mess up or get hurt by me because I....well, put simply I was infatuated and confused when I was with the last guy and I told him I lived because I thought that I did--but the moronic thing that I did was that I knew him for two days and then got with him, knowing nothing about him. He convinced me I loved him but we always argued over little things, and he tried keeping me with him, but I will not end up like my mother. And so, I left him. Well, my bestie would shake his head at me and didn't want to hang around me or talk to me because he didn't like my at the time boyfriend. Anyway, after we broke up, my bestie clung to me and even skipped some of his classes to go to mine. I was his center focus, and he was mine. We were really touchy and flirty and comfortable with each other, so it shocked me when he cut me off completely again. He was with another girl and didn't tell me till they were over and done with. We were kinda close, not as much as the first time though. He hinted at a relationship but me being slightly oblivious, I didn't pick up on it. He gets with another girl. And so, it brings us to the more recent part of the story, the part where I relate to the song. He's been with this other girl for, as far as I know, 24 days. I know that he's aiming for a month, that much is clear to me. But thats all I'm sure on... See, the three of us unfortunately have a class together. We're all at different tables so thats important. He faces the teachers desk which is by my groups table, and I face the wall opposite, aka his side of the room, aka the side his girl is on. They don't look at each other not once, ever in that class. But guess what :)) he looks at me a lot! Now, I can't stand that they're together. Maybe I wouldn't mind as much if his girl didn't give me such nasty looks, maybe then I'd actually be happy for her. But no, she looks at me like she hates me! But thats because she's seen me with him before, I was with him more over the two months I've known him and spoke inconsistently with him, than she has the whole month they have been a thing! She heard him call me honey, call me his girl multiple times too. Side thing: I get moved a lot in that class because I like to talk to my friends, so the teacher moved me to *her* table. She smiled sweetly once once at me, the rest of the time I was there she wouldn't look at me or speak to me or take the answers when I offered them in group discussions. She'd talk to him so sweetly and of course I knew that she had liked him, it was more obvious than I ever was. She always gives me bad looks like I should be jealous she got to him first, but no, I'm not jealous because she's gonna get hurt faster than I might, plus, to me I'm so much better than her, I've got so much more than she's got. But, he won't speak to me if he's with someone (he only cuts ME off, which is weird as hell), and a few days back, he texted me out of nowhere! He doesn't do that! //Explaining why thats a big deal: he still likes me a crapton and I'm heavy into him and he knows that, but he knows that in slipping and don't like him as much as before, that my interest lessens each time he cuts me off, so he texts me and when i ask why he's bothering to talk after so long ignoring me he tells me "because we don't talk anymore." He's trying to make sure I stay interested EVEN IF he has a girl! Worst part is it worked and he knows that.// So now, I have to cope with seeing them and my heart shattering each time. Now I'm even comparing myself to her, trying to figure out why he chose her over me. I try convincing myself that I am better and it works because I do still think that but if this keeps up I probably won't soon. I dont understand what's going on and its torture. He's been in my dreams for 8 nights straight. No one ever shows up two nights in a row let alone 8.. Well, I've wasted enough of your time. Thats all thats happened so far. Bye.
