I reached level ten and have the gamepass but it still says I don't have permission to join because I haven't unlocked the area yet T_T

Ok so basically you cannot unlock it anymore since the gamepass/ faunas mastercalss is a new one aka faunas masterclass 2. U were only able to get it in the old fauna masterclass, sorry!! 🥲

Thats mayve cause u got the new fauna masterclass. Only the old one had the grotto! ☹️

nothing! you can just chill there ig..? dont rlly know why they made it since it doesnt rlly have any purpose other than being a pass reward but its pretty sosososo 💕
