For some reason the sound resonates with me more when it’s someone that looks like me. It feels like they are listening to something then playing it back to me. I cannot explain it but it feels smoother somehow.

Just finished my morning yoga practice with this sound bath today, short and sweet. I woke up quite restless today and hence was unable to meditate peacefully as usual. Few minutes into this video, I feel so calm and serene, my forehead began tingling which has happened during my mediation sessions. I feel so relaxed now and peaceful, thank you 🙏🏼

This is one of my new favs... most of these videos are so long which is nice but this is perfect for just getting home from a long day a nice 10 min to decompress and focus on the music. I also loved the greenery in the video.
