There are so many different obstacles that I face as a single mom. Some days I want to give up. God give me strength. I’m struggling to make ends meet. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. I keep faith because I know that God will provide. Each of us in chosen if we are alive. The energies coming to Earth are for everyone. Whether or not a person is conscious of these energies they are affecting each of us. A significant increase of light is coming onto the planet we inhabit. This light - the Solar Flares, etc. are both pressing us & inviting us to shift our vibration & frequency. Some people may be more sensitive to & aware of this light. Others may not be at all or as much. From Quora: I have come to know and believe based on my own study and observation that the human body is made from 2 based material. Carbon based or mud. Silica based (Crystal) or sand. Most of us know about the our Carbon based structure but not the silica based structure. Yes our body is also made from crystal sand based material. If we were only made from mud, we would never ba able to walk, stand or run. Our bones is basically crystal. So if our body is made from sand based material, that means our cells is made from a mixture of mud and sand. Now is it possible for these two materials to be compatible with eachother and co exist with eachother? Yes because they can both bind with oxygen and calcium sulfate. So how does our body transmute from Carbon based to Silica based Structure? The answer is vibration. When the vibration is low, our body becomes more carbon based and have a short life span because virus can survive in low vibration environment. When the vibration is high, our body becomes more Crystalline or Silica based. The Silica based body is immortal because virus cannot survive in high frequency environment. I believe that we truly are immortal beings.

I first heard on PBS television Dr. Christiane Northrup say our bodies are crystalline. So vibrating at higher frequencies create more clarity and spiritual awareness. Or, if you are seeing 'from' spiritual Awakeness, 'that' affects the body by working through the crystalline structure to clear out murkiness. Every one is a chosen one. Some seem to be fighting the change due to being stuck in a previous program, however we will all get there. There are so many layers to shed that one may appear to be making the change while others are stuck however the stuck ones may actually be in a process of dredging up something much deeper. So before you go flying a “chosen one” flag in peoples faces take a deep breath and ask yourself if thats actually the whole truth.

Had I not been looking back I do not think that I would believe this was true or real. But as I've had a whole lot of time on my hands. I started researching, exploring what I believed in verses what I call organized religion I found the Gnostic Gospels. After this enlightenment Ancient Philosophies.. I never felt connection with the Roman Catholics G-d... I loved Jesus BUT not the ppl in the church. Soo many of my relatives went every Sunday. Broke every commandment the other six days and Sunday. BUT I never stopped believing..my 3 best friends the Father Son AND Holy Spirit... I have always been "different". It's soo good to know! I'm 63 and my day light is burning. I use universal code frequencies in very specialized equipment to assist and accelerate this process. The problem is blockages slow down the change. Using mishin coils, speakers and meta materials pulsed energy fields are set up to transform these blockages. This is the reason many mystery schools have you chant. I’m no prophet, but feel a sense that the world we exist in. The reality we feel. Is only a small part of what is really there. I feel that all of us are changing along with the world itself. We need to be careful when referring to frequency and vibration. We are moving to a lower frequency while experiencing higher vibration or light. High vibratory ones here in this reality are flowers, whales…we are probably around the vibration or rocks ( : Think of God or source at null or complete rest or frequency. As we move to higher dimensions, the frequency reduces. Think or frequency as your heart beat. The lower, the calmer and more in alignment. This is disturbing but also interesting because I was told I had crystals in my body by a Dr scan I said what??? Was very confused haven’t been back after that I was like I know I have never heard of anything like this now I question my own sanity. I got a bit scared I admit bec i dont have a clue of the reason of my headaches and mild upset stomach, but deep inside im thinking jokingly to myself "maybe im evolving" or "maybe this is myself making my body ready to the new me" just to keep it light. I finally clicked this video for curiosity. I dont know if its true but the coincidences leading me up to this moment is something i wont take for granted. We are indeed guided, and i felt at ease and relaxed watching this and usually i take those signs as true whenever i feel comfortable on something.

Thanks very much for this: it's helping me to integrate, because the symptoms feel so nuts sometimes. Last night was a 1 in 5,000 - it was a super-deep sleep, like falling down a well. Dead limbs and an ache in my upper back on (eventually) waking. It's taken me a-back (no pun) such that I just know I have to take it easy today. Was super-tired an hour before bed and that and the ear-ringing just made me cuss! The bloating hasn't happened in a while thank goodness. I often look at my scalp psoriasis and I call it my 'gravel pit' because some of the skin pieces are so hard! Cr@zy! Dreams were pretty active: a preview of a different country is hopefully a sign that this horrible stagnation period is over.🌌

Over the last year my body and mind has been correcting years of incorrect conditioning. It has been uncomfortable and quite painful at times. Last year when I noticed it starting I was very tired. My anxiety also reduced because of the increased stability, balance, and harmony to my nervous system.

Thank you very much for your videos especially this 1. This rings very true for me. I've had all of these symptoms except for the brain fog. I also have a constant ringing in my ears & dizziness. These symptoms have been going on for a long time. They come & go & I never know when they will arrive. Some days they are very debilitating. Fortunately the nature of my work often allows me to rest when they are particularly intense.

When i watch this channel and hear the symptoms i started to pay more attention. Ive been so emotional lately and sometimes my legs feel like weights ! Im back and forth from my sons and my daughters as i lost my husbsnd to covid and since then i feel like i dont know where im supposed to be . Im thinking that this must be why i feel like this .

Part of it not all. Left a lengthy comment please refer to it. Allow yourself to grieve in anyway you have to. Give yourself time to take care of you which as a single Mom is hard to do. Do not be hard on yourself. All my empathy as I lost my daughter's father in the process and many other loved ones which sent me in a downward spiral. It all had its purpose and am greatful for all of it but at the time I thought I was loosing my mind and could not move forward. Truely you are in my heart with emense LOVE and light. Best to you and your kings/queens/children.

This happened to me yesterday LITERALLY. IN THE AFTERNOON. I walked about 8 miles in that sun, I was alright until I got on the bus heading bac k home. And sat pn the back of the bus.. I yawned, and I couldn't keep my eyes open!! As if like all my energy was drained from me. I felt those rays. Once i took a few deep breaths , then once I woke up my brain was dizzy with light-headed colors.. but them I was 100% fine when I got off the buss after getting off the buss.. Definitely, I'm feeling the effects..
