I had to look up the term “knuckle docked” last week re the pizza!🍕🍕🍕 “To dock a dough means to basically aerate it, creating small holes that will allow trapped air to escape under the dough during baking so that it doesn't billow up or puff when you want it to bake flat.” There are specific tools for this…or if in a pinch = 👊🏻 Personally, I like a few of those air bubbles in my pie but no thanks to the 👊🏻🥪!😀

Hi, Meghan! My Mom had 3 back surgeries. She loved the weed puller you purchased! It was great! She also had blue, pink and lavender hydrangeas in the backyard! Azaleas in the front yard! Gorgeous! I think the knuckle crust means how the "handle part" of the crust is made. My Grandma used to say it in Italian and "fist crust" (knuckle makes more sense to me, but) is how it translates to English. I don't really "enjoy" the bone broth either. But I found that adding a little white, or black, pepper enhances the flavor. Mostly I use it in cooking. Makes killer restaurant quality sauces and stews! Love your videos! Nancy

In the large planters, I usually put a layer of rock on the bottom so the water can filter through, then empty plastic water bottles then the potting soil !

I saw most of those in my store yesterday. I needed a new pruner so I got that. It feels good in my hand. After my ankle heals I will be out pruning. 😄 I read somewhere to crush soda cans and put them in the bottom of a large plant pot. Don’t know if it’s good for plants but worth a try. I look at all those quick meals, and with a heavy sign, leave them. They have too much sodium, or added phosphates or something that’s not good for me. I’m back to the 50’s making meals etc. from scratch. But I did find Brie. Love Brie with fruit. Love your videos.😁

I bought this green house last year. When this green house was offered again I jumped on buying it again. It is worth the money and I would recommend buying them. I also bought 3 of the (24*4=96 in each complete seed tray set) this is a steal a must buy cheap price!!! I bought the pruner anvil and bypass cutters they have a 5 yr warranty!!! I walked away a very happy home gardener!!!!

I do A COMBO.. compost and top soil. The key to house plants is not to over water. Outside, no clue, I flunked veggies gardens last year 😭.

I don't know very much about plant's. Always in apts. and just never got into plants. However, have been thinking about getting a few smalll plants lately. Are you supposed to remove the foil wrapping around the pot or ok to leave on? I will be keeping them inside; not outside. Thank you.

I have kidney disease but my blood pressure is usually low to normal, I have a blood pressure cuff anyways to check it and a pulse ox which can in handy when covid was bad and all my doctors were insisting on virtual appointments only, they at least still got vitals since I have all the equipment.
