The overarching theme for this week is transitioning to calmer waters, leaving behind the old as we embrace the new with mindfulness and conscious choices. Abundance surrounds us, urging us to prioritize self-care (yes, a familiar tune, but essential nonetheless). The pivotal question “How are you tending to yourself?” is of the utmost importance now more than ever.
Surrendering and trusting are other key factors this week. Allowing your BODY to guide you, and learning to say NO when necessary-though I understand it's not always easy. Remember, you matter.
