Hello dear Carlos! I have just watched your latest video and I think it was very well done. I was able to relax so well and get closer to God's word. ☺ You have incorporated some very nice triggers. I particularly liked the sound of the water bottle. I've never been to one of the huge oceans. 🌊🌊🌊 We only have smaller seas here, but when I stand on the beach there, it's also very overwhelming for me. And if it's not very windy or there aren't many people there, it can be really peaceful. Unfortunately, I haven't been to the sea for a long time because I live a bit further away. But another place I find beautiful is the forest. We have a lot of mixed forests here. 🌲🌳🌲🌳 It can be very quiet and peaceful. You can only hear the rustling in the treetops and the birds singing. And sometimes it cracks. And the air smells good, especially when it has rained. The cloak that was passed on to you looks really beautiful and very classy.
