The trick with cauliflower rice is to cook it until it dries out in a pan on the stove, never in a microwave.

Apricots are wonderful when they're dead ripe off the tree, but I would never buy them from the grocery store. They're just picked too early and don't have much taste.

I'm not a chicken thigh fan either. I buy plain cauliflower rice (I watch my sodium intake) , but that one also sounds good to make stuffed peppers.

When I was shopping Thursday, I unfolded the nautica t-shirts, and looked through the (back neck) material. I was horribly disappointed. The material was so thin you could see through them. Most of the clothes were very poor quality. I bought a pack of Puma no-show socks, and they are great! They actually stay up. I do enjoy your videos. I usually see something I didn't know about 😂

Got the peaches they were a win. Previously got the rotisserie chicken strips and they were not good. We got a watermelon this week at a local discount store. It was a winner and was $2.99 for a smaller one. 😊😊

I'm a fan of chicken thighs, but they have to be cooked right. I love them in stews and curries! So much more flavor. I also have a great Norwegian whiskey allspice marinade for chicken thighs on skewers and grilled that is delightful. And i hate to admit it, but I'm totally a watermelon thumper. 😂

We love the chicken thighs the BEST because they are so much juicier and tastier, don't dry out like the breast do. The price per pound for the seasoned ribs and pork chops are amazing! We LOVE the Suhki"s Curries, and we add baby spinach & or zucchini, cauliflower etc. to add bulk & get some veggies, or just add some toppings like coconut, peanuts, cashews, or raisins, and serve it over basmati rice and make it a great entertaining meal or make it jus for family, its a MEGA favorite. WHAT a great price!! Also, try grilling peaches or plums if they aren't sweet enough, and make plum cakes with those plums Mm Mm good!. Anyway, love your videos.

Is there any way to get a message to Costco management about their lousy chili that they have been selling for years at every Costco? I’m a fan of chili. The brand they sell is horrible. I’ve sent letters, but have never received a reply of any kind. I just can’t get around why they don’t change the chili brand to one that’s decent. Any tips to getting my message across to management?

YOU are missing out on Chicken Thighs - they are cheap, taste great and have so many uses. I make My chicken soup with thighs. I have a number or recipes that use thighs - one is a sweat and sour and is so easy - anyone can make it. Frankly - the cost of WINGS does not make sense to me
