Same, I experienced the same energy is different people. Family, friends and lovers. I had to figure out the origin…and suffocate it (energetically). The person is very very close to me, so it’s been the hardest thing I’ve had to do. And still going thru it. This individual admit to me…after years of me trying to point it out to her…that she does have a tendency to hurt ppl with her words. She prides herself on never physically disciplining her children, so the outlet for her aggression was likely emotional/mental/verbal. It’s great that she doesn’t put hands on ppl, but not if that means u will hurt them in other ways. What to do with a person like this? It’s on them once they acknowledge the issue, to seek therapy or healing. I cannot force them to improve…and I also cannot subject myself to this energy. Best thing I can do is keep away and be grey.

@@Lookup33 I feel your pain. 💕 It is definitely on anyone who purposely hurts ppl to acknowledge it and do better. I think sometimes words can hurt more than a physical touch(not that I am defending physically abuse). Stay well💜
