Morning Kelly. I’m retired and love my slow mornings. Get my coffee, stretch out on the sofa under a blanket, my cat in my lap, and looking at the beautiful fall colors God created out my window. Good morning Kelly! I'm currently making stuffed peppers in the crockpot while watching this video. I too have a senior dog that is 16 years old . He's going blind and deaf and I think he's getting confused at times. I've been taking care of him since my dad passed away in June 2022. He's such a sweet dog ❤. Thanks for the motivation. Awe that’s so sad. My little pom is partly blind and deaf too. If we want her attn we have to touch her bc she can’t hear our calls anymore. Same with vision, she can see but it has to be right in front of her 😕
I used to love mornings. But the older my daughter gets the more I dread them. She is very grumpy in the morning. I try to wake up before her but I am always exhausted. I need to do better at that. Here in IL the mornings have been chilly which I love. I hate snow and ice but I love Fall weather. The crisp air, the smell in the air. I love lighting candles and my essential oils. I usually buy extra candles that smell like Fall so I can smell them all year round. Fall is my happy place is that makes sense.

I live by myself so I can be grumpy with just me 😂 I don't like waking up early, but I do enjoy the cool mornings. I had a little poodle who went blind with cataracts & she would bump into things & seem like she was disoriented...that could be part of it, they also lose their hearing at that age. Breakfast looks delish 😋 I just washed my sheets & towels this morning 😊 Continued prayers for Corey 🙏

Hey Friend, Happy Friday. I love my slow mornings on the weekends and sleeping in. My body wakes up around 7:30 every morning during the week so it’s hard to sleep in even when I have a session off. I am definitely on the grumpy side, I don’t want anyone talking to me until I wake up. My boyfriend is the opposite he is a morning patient and he’s always happy in the mornings. 😅😊🦋🦋

As your dog ages, don't leave it unattended outside. They do get confused 😢 When my mini schnauzer was in his last couple of years, he had to wear a diaper. He stopped going to the door when he wanted out or didn't use the pads indoors anymore. It's sad but a labor of love when it comes to our fur babies growing old. Wishing you all the best 🦋💜

Prayers for your little doggie. My golden retriever passed away last march. He was 16. It is hard watching them age. Dinner looked delicious! I am going tomorrow to get a new crockpot because ours doesn’t work on high. I have been looking at the one you have. I like the warm feature after the time runs out too. Our one that is broken did that too. It is pretty old but now that it is crockpot season, time to get a new one!

Good morning. Poor PomPom, she’s nearing the end. My cocker spaniel did the same. Vet says it’s almost identical to human dementia where they get confused on where the door is, reversing their night and day. Then they forget where their food and water bowl is. Eventually they stop eating. It’s not a long stage just be aware and prepared. Prayers for everyone and hope Cory is doing well.

Sounds like you need a cable that has one end connected to the porch, and the other clipped to her so she can't wander off and get lost. I am not a morning person at all, and if I don't get enough sleep the night before, a total bear. Lol. It is so good that you take care of Corey while he's recovering. Hey Kelly, my elder dog started her dementia in this way. Believe it or not dogs can deveope dementia the same as humans. My dog became progressive up to three years before her passing. Take good care! 💙🦋🇨🇦
