i just wanna add something about the whole f&f/g&s thing: I live in Europe and to send money through f&f outside of Europe i pay a lot more than covering the fees of g&s, unfortunately i've had instances where I didn't purchase something because the seller didn't allow g&s which is really bad but oh well, just wanted to let you know about that!

Hii! I just found your video and I have one question. I really wanna hold a Go for Pc (like Twice, Rv etc.) but how do you find all the stuff? And if you find a good set how do you make sure that seller isn’t selling in the meantime? Do you text them or..? I’m really confused about this part.

hello! a lot of GOMS use korean twitter or bunging for their photocard sets. personally, i don't have access to those so i mostly rely on eBay, instagram, or ktown4u/gmarket for my group orders. most sellers are honest and will let you know if a set is claimed, just simply message them :)

yes! for that particular one i went ahead and asked the joiners if they were okay with the price adjustment and they were! always check in with your joiners/buyers before buying from the seller if possible :)

literally a random/dumb question how do you price the items? like i know there is a base price and some fees from a kseller but what other factors affect in deciding how to price a certain product? like do you also get some money in return too? really curious!

i typically add all of the costs together (including shipping) and then split them evenly between each participant. for this GO in specific, some items were more expensive than others, so they were priced accordingly. i wouldn’t recommend making money in return as this may offend some participants, but the policies are up to you as the group order manager :)

How did you calculate the ems for each item? (from the seller to your address) and did you ask the participants to pay for their items and ems together or seperately? (I hope I made sense!)

hello! i typically have a price for 'cost of the item' + 'shipping from the seller to me (EMS, DHL, etc)'. in the past i've collected domestic shipping (shipping to the participant) once the goods arrived to me, but i've found it to be much easier to collect all payments at once! it's much simpler for both myself and the joiners to have one easy payment :)

you can privately message them and ask for their addresses and payments! i've also used a simple google form that asks for their username, address, and name!

Felicity Hwang i posted the GO post on instagram, facebook and twitter! there were about 13 people in the group order and some claimed multiple items :)

hi! sorry for my super late response! hopefully this still helps 😓 you can either purchase the items before, or purchase them once you've secured all of your joiners and payments. i would recommend to do the latter, since this prevents ppl from dropping out/not paying for their goods, and you being left in debt and with leftover goods! as long as you get enough joiners and payments, there's no need for capital money!

i want to buy stickers from those korean stationary brands but the shipping is so expensive 😩 and i lowkey don't trust giving my money away to strangers so id rather be the group manager instead
