This it s not that hard as you think. The car it's predictible, take it easy and practice on closed roads

Man I wish I could get a gr corolla or yaris or 86. I own a new 23 hybrid corolla and its great 500mi+ till an empty tank, but omg its so slow with only 98hp.

I believe most if not all rally AWD understeer at entry. Not sure about Yaris but I remember EVO did. Usually you have to enter a corner with aggressive breaking to transfer the weight to the front before turning the wheel and wait for the weight transfer to the outer wheels and then power out of it when the locking diff engaged. That's what an EVO owner told me anyway.

@@salsarriba5695 I was explained that it's not about the balance of the car. It is the nature of rally AWD cars that if you accelerate too early in the entry the rear wheel will push the car into understeer. Which is why the aggressive braking during entry is to transfer the weight to the front wheel to make the car turn. When the car turns the weight will start to transfer to the outer wheel which is why accelerating during that time will help the car turns even more as the locking diff will then send power to the outer wheel.
