I waited awhile for mine as well but they also stated on their Instagram stories a few times that they been backed up over the holidays especially with all the sales they were having also the post offices have been backed up. Its annoying but its also what happens when you order during the holidays!
I have both the butterfly and coffee cases for the 12 pro max. It’s so beautiful. I also got the neon pink and tie dye pastel. Each of them has a grip. I love the pineapple one. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it but seeing on your phone it looks super cute. I went from an XS Max to 12 Pro Max and would say that yes the phone cases are a lot stiffer. I’m not sure if because they have made it so much more protective it has made it like this. Hopefully it stretches out a little bit and is less stiff. Thank you for this haul. What do you think about square cases?
What do you mean about square cases? I’m interested because I see that mine for my 12 pro is rounded like an IP 11.... did you receive a flat edges case?
Up until my iPhone XS Max I used to love velvet caviar. I also purchased two cases during that BOGO sale for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Was excited to received them but immediately noticed the quality had changed. The buttons are now so hard to push ( volume & power) and the cases are extremely hard to remove once on. One of my cases even cracked trying to take it off. I contacted them and they stated they would send a replacement by the end of December and it’s now mid January & nothing. 😒 I purchased the nude cheetah print and moonstone print. Maybe the clear ones are better?
I just received my case and I'm so disappointed. The buttons are so stiff and so hard to push!!! The volume and power button. Plus they are so expensive and extremely hard to take off!
@@rachbun7290 yes! When I contacted them about the issues it felt like they just brushed off my issues. The person responding to me told me just stretch out the area with the buttons. Which in no way worked making the buttons less stiff. Still haven’t even received a replacement for the case that cracked in the process of just trying to take it off! I’m really disappointed because I used to love their cases.
I have the pineapple on my graphite 12 pro. It looks amazing. First time I use this brand. So I don’t know about before, but yes they are stiff!! Looks amazing on your gold! And your video quality is beautiful!

I had a few like the butterfly case, the peachy one for me had really stiff buttons even with stretching it multiple times. Its easier to put most cases in from the volume up and down side first. Would you say the case makes it feel more rounded like the 11 or it still has a more square shape?
I purchased the pineapple one for my 12 pro and it’s rounded like an 11 iPhone shape. I was wondering why they didn’t make them square as the 12 model is square.....
