This is late, but - it's likely because of how isolated it is and how little there is to do there. A race, and a few dailies, and that's it. It's my favourite area as well - just wish there was more to do there so I could go there more lol
I legit have only just got back on sso after two years... heard this and loved it again. I seriously think sso is the best game ever now....I won't play any other!
