Pile 1, so resonates with me. It's been going on for almost a year. I started a new job. My person is my supervisor. I believe this is what's holding him back. He is a rule follower. I am not. I have been patiently and sometimes not, waiting for him to figure it out. I have fallen hard for him. We shall see what happens.
