I played this video for my family to get motivated to get up and clean and decorate for Christmas. I watched the first section, then got up and started cleaning, while it played in the background. My husband watched and fell asleep. Didn't quite work the way I hoped. 😂

The year you used more red was my favorite. To me, it just doesn't seem Christmassy without red and green! Your copper teakettle shone like jewelry after being polished. Gorgeous. Fun video ! Very surprised that it appears that the children's rooms are getting cleaned for them - we had a family of 4-5 kids and even at that, we all knew to dress ourselves, make our bed, tidy our toys, keep the floors clean, put laundry away, etc. And all at a very young age (6 yrs and up) and our rooms had to be kept clean and picked-up daily). Taught us a lot of responsibility and good habits, such as don't come downstairs for breakfast if your bed isn't made and pjs put away, bag ready for school, etc.
