My artistic response to Risham Syed's installation, "Each Tiny Drop" in Mayfield Park, for the opening of the Manchester International Festival aims to create an opportunity. "I tried to capture the ethereal magic that filled the air that day. A cosmic reunification experience full of meaning and love, making it one of my favourite projects in 2023".
Multi-award-winning park Mayfield Park opened this year and now boasts a reopened canal, reuniting centuries-old water paths, thanks to Studio Egret West architects and LandsecU+I. Right by Picadilly Station in the centre of Manchester 🌳🌺❤️.

Collaboration with Factory International and MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL brings the meadow with deeper meaning and sets the stage for an enchanting experience where participants take a ceramic pot, collect water from River Soan in Pakistan, Risham's hometown, and pour each tiny drop into the River Medlock, symbolising the cosmic reunification of waters ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
