Interestingly, one of the best ways of dealing what the obsessional fixation is to do an hour of hard aerobic exercise - something that makes you sweat - first thing in the morning. Doing this will make it easier to manage the feelings for the rest of the day. Would also recommend that you cease contact with him totally. Doing this sometimes bring them back.

There are two different people here. The one I've been manifesting I've been totally apart from for some years, remaining quietly waiting for.him to be ready. The other has been an imposter of this.person, I knew he wasn't the right person but let.it go until he got vicious and unpleasant along with a karmic who should be arrested for.the things she's done to me. I have completely walked away from these two drama queens, thieves, lists and I will never accept their false apology nor will I ever reconcile with them. They're the stalkers and pretty soon will be answerable to the law. I've already won two cases against them. I'm looking forward to my new happy life with the other person.
